Our grade 2-6 students recently had a visit from grade 3 students Dar es Salaam International Academy (DIA). As part of the visit the students explored their identity.

Recently we received a donation of dictionaries from The Rotary Club of Islington, Highgate and Muswell Hill. Our school captains accepted the dictionaries from a rotary representative, Daniela at our Monday morning whole school assembly.

Ever heard of netball? It's mostly played in British Commonwealth nations. Being a former British colony, many Tanzanians play netball. Our students have been practising every day to improve their netball skills!

Every Friday afternoon our students in grades 2,3,5 and 6 participate in 'Clubs' where they learn different skills from riding a bicycle to cooking. Our Craft Club have been working on a special project for the past 5 weeks.

Our Standard 4 and 5 students have been working on an exciting project with Scientist Lena Lorenz, from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine!

Last Thursday some of our students started observing the holy month of Ramadan. Asha and Salim, standard 4, have answered some questions about Ramadan on this week's blog.

Our Standard 3 students are learning to be scientists through predicting, investigating and drawing conclusions.

Our school path gets a bit of a battering especially during the rainy season, which will be soon upon us! Thankfully we had a visit by a very special guest at the end of last year who helped improve our path.
